Bologna, Emilia-Romagna

In Bologna, we admired the beautiful textures such as tufa rock, terracotta, and warm colors like reds, orange and yellows found on the walls and porticoes that made the city. Known as a culinary capital, we were also eager to try italian dishes that were classic to this area such as tortellini soup and tagliatelle al ragout made with the traditional “Bolognese Ragout” sauce.
