Paolo Cavallo has many roles at Campari, however his favorite role is being the Gallery Director. The Campari group is a large player in premium spirits, owning 15 different brands (Skyy, Appleton Estate, Aperol, Campari etc.). The original brand of Campari was invented in 1860. In those early decades, Campari was not only a drink, but a lifestyle which portrayed luxury, sophistication, intelligence and social significance. It was the favorite drink of politicians, artists and thinkers.
