David Butler is the owner and personality behind "Le Caviste”. After living in France and visiting wine bars, David wanted to faithfully recreate the small french wine bar experience in downtown Seattle. His restaurant features a little room, mismatched silverware, a chalk-board menu, an uncomplicated offering of traditional and wines that follow suit. Your preconceptions of wine being a formal and fussy affair falter when you walk in door without a reservation. Le Caviste keeps wine a conversational experience.
